Accessibility

Updated 5 October 2026

This website aims to be usable with a keyboard, screen reader or touchscreen, at different viewport sizes and zoom levels. Its development is guided by WCAG 2.2 AA requirements.

Accessibility features

  • Semantic page structure, a heading hierarchy and a skip link to the main content.
  • Visible keyboard focus, with keyboard-operable navigation, language selection and settings.
  • Cookie settings and enlarged images close with Escape. Focus remains inside an open dialog and returns to its trigger when closed.
  • Estonian and English pages, correct language attributes and translated controls and image descriptions.
  • Responsive layouts, support for zoom and respect for the device’s reduced-motion preference.
  • Meaningful information is available as text. No essential information is conveyed through colour or animation alone.

Project screenshots

Screenshots show the original applications’ interfaces, not forms that you can complete on this website. Each screenshot has a text explanation. Text inside an image may use a different language from the surrounding page. Estonian screenshots on English pages are explained in English, and vice versa.

Testing

The website is checked with automated accessibility tests, keyboard interaction and different viewport widths. Automated testing cannot replace evaluating every assistive technology and user experience. This statement is not an independent accessibility audit certification.

Report a barrier

Email hello@tdhg.ee. Where possible, include the page address, the action that was blocked and your browser or assistive technology. Explain the information or task you need so I can also offer an alternative way to access it.
