This notice explains personal-data processing when you use the public Hellenurm website or send a project enquiry. It does not replace the privacy terms for a separate client system or project.

Using the website
To deliver this website, the web server technically receives your IP address and the browser and connection information accompanying the request. This is needed to deliver the page and protect the service. The website has no visitor analytics, advertising pixels or user profiling.
Security-related technical processing relies on the legitimate interest of protecting the website. Such data is retained only for the time needed to investigate and resolve an error or security incident and, where necessary, handle legal claims.
Getting in touch
An email link opens your own email application. This website does not send messages automatically or collect data through a contact form. When you send an email, I process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to respond and discuss potential work.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Providing contact information is voluntary, but I cannot respond without it.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and discuss an ongoing opportunity. Information relevant to a contract, accounting obligation or potential dispute is kept for the applicable obligation or claim. Please do not include unrelated personal information.
Your browser choices
Your privacy choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Remembering your language is optional, and an external font is loaded only with your permission. The cookies page explains the exact storage used.
Service providers and external fonts
Hosting and email service providers may process the data needed to deliver this website and handle correspondence within their respective roles. The website does not embed social-media content or other third-party widgets.
If you allow Google Fonts, your browser requests the Outfit typeface from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives the connection’s IP address and technical request information. The font is loaded on the basis of your consent. Technical processing by that service may also occur outside the European Economic Area. Without permission, a typeface available on your device is used.
Withdrawing consent stops future external font loading; it does not delete past requests or fonts already in the browser cache. More information: Google Fonts privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may request data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
